Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores technical information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, and your browser and operating system.

This processing is necessary to display the website securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. As the provider may process data in the USA, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the details you provide (your email address, name, and the content of your message) will be processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. This data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.

Fonts and media

The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server and are loaded directly from it. No connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider is established, and no data about your visit is transmitted to them. Video shown on the site is served directly from our hosting, with no third-party video platform involved.

External links

The site links out to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify, and YouTube. These links only open when you click them. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. No content from these platforms is embedded on this site, so they receive no data from you unless you follow a link.
